Consultation & Patch Testing

All clients are required to complete a consultation card before treatment commences. Patch testing is also required for certain treatments and will not commence until a patch test has been done

Gift Vouchers

Our gift vouchers have a validity of 6 months. Failure to redeem within this time will render gift vouchers invalid. Please call us with any gift voucher queries.

Booking Policy

A deposit of 50% is required for treatments over 2 hours.

Cancellation Policy

Please inform us of any cancellations within 24 hours before your appointment time.

Valuables

Some Treatments require valuables to be taken off. Please remember to take these with you as we cannot be held responsible for valuables left in the salon.
